OUR TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS FOR EVENTS
-
Electrical distribution
GL events, technical service provider, was responsible for the event's electrical distribution, which supplied power to various areas such as the TV zone, the hospitality area, the VIP area (restaurant and boxes), the ice rink and the press center, as well as to other areas that also required logistics, such as the jury area and the athletes' tents.
-
Lighting and heating
GL events was able to showcase its expertise in providing ambient and security lighting for the event's various venues.
-
Permanences of assembly
Due to the location of the project, the mountains where snow and cold reign, it was important to ensure that the electrical distribution and heating system were operational day and night. Indeed, the risk that one of these technical equipment might unexpectedly stop working could not be taken, as this would have led to the collapse of the temporary structures.
This is why GL events resorted to permanent installation teams, which meant that technicians/editors were present throughout the installation period and the 4 days of the event, 24 hours a day.
