CUSTOMER NEEDS
In order to welcome supporters and the international press, stadium hospitality facilities had to be upgraded:
- Equip the hospitality areas of the various stadiums with audiovisual solutions.
- Ensure electrical distribution and air-conditioning for all 9 stadiums
- Illuminate the various HallExpo temporary structures
Our technical installations
- Lighting and sound systems
GL events Audiovisual & Power was responsible for installing the sound systems and lighting for the hospitality venues in Lyon, Toulouse, Lille, Nantes and Marseille. We also handled the video side, installing numerous screens and LED walls.
- Installation of energy solutions
Our teams also ensured the supply and installation of the electrical distribution for the temporary HallExpo structures designed to host media centers, partner villages, and security command posts. The installation of ambient and emergency lighting solutions for these structures was also carried out by GL events.
To ensure the comfort of rugby fans, we also installed air-conditioning systems for temporary event spaces and for the Paris Mégastore.
