Mobile TV studios installed in the Grande Halle d'Auvergne
Our teams designed and installed 2 mobile TV studios in the Grande Halle d'Auvergne, the event space of this regional event. Thus, several speakers were able to follow one another and discuss the food industry both in person and remotely.
These audiovisual infrastructures were composed of the following elements:
- lighting equipment
- sound equipment
- stage cameras and turrets
- stage furniture
- audiovisual control room
-
A secure streaming platform
GL events, the audiovisual technical service provider, created a streaming platform dedicated to this event and totally secure with the day's program and access to the live pages of the 7 sessions. A custom-made multi-layout was included in our offer.
During the entire event, 10 audiovisual technicians were on site to ensure the video and sound recording of the various exchanges and their broadcasting both to those physically present in the Grande Halle d'Auvergne and to those connected online. In total, more than 400 people were able to follow the regional agri-food meetings. A great success for this first edition!
-
Audiovisual equipment for on-site broadcasting
Our teams installed two 75-inch TV screens so that the audience present in the rooms of the Grande Halle d'Auvergne (about ten people) could follow, in optimal conditions, the exchanges of the various speakers.
In addition, the stage lighting, the sound recording on the TV set and the graphic design made it possible to highlight and animate these exchanges.
