- Provide audiovisual solutions for a large number of exhibition areas and stands
- Video capture of conference areas and the Golden Tech area for rebroadcasting
- Electrical distribution to stands and common areas
OUR AUDIOVISUAL SOLUTIONS :
- Lighting for the various exhibition areas and numerous stands
To ensure an optimal experience, we provided lighting for the various areas : GI Avenir, BFM, Golden Tech and the conference area, using lighting systems such as CROMATIC and STARWAY spotlights, and paying particular attention to stage lighting using ARRI and FRESNELS ECLIPSE.
We also provided lighting for a number of stands at the show.
- Sound system
GL events Audiovisual & Power installed a high-quality sound system in all areas and stands, using L-Acoustics' X12 and KIVA systems.
This configuration provides optimal, immersive sound diffusion.
- Video capture for live rebroadcast
To capture every moment of the Golden Tech event, we used UE150 turret cameras and a SONY HXC100 shoulder-mounted camera. Every moment was replayed on a 4.5x2.5m STARMEDIA full-daylight screen, providing a captivating and immersive visual experience.
In the conference area, we set up a set of 4 UE150 turret cameras for rebroadcast on a 5x3m UNILUMIN 2.6 pitch daylight screen.
We also deployed a number of video screens on the various stands.
- Ensuring the electrical distribution of stands and common areas
To ensure the smooth running of the electrical systems, we also installed the electrical distribution for numerous stands and the various conference areas.
