As every year, at the end of May, the legendary Cannes International Film Festival takes place, extending about ten days at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.
This cinematic event brings together filmmakers, personalities, journalists, and professionals from the film industry, including producers, distributors, and international sellers.
For many years, GL events has been the audiovisual & power provider for the Cannes Festival as well as other nearby locations such as the Môme Beach, and the Vegaluna Beach

OUR SOLUTIONS
- Customized audiovisual and power solutions :
During the Cannes International Film Festival, GL events Audiovisual & Power's staff installed professional audiovisual equipment, including the installation of a stage structure to carry the spotlights for the ascent of the steps. We also equipped the entire Café des Palmes with audiovisual solutions, including stage structures, projectors, speakers and even air-conditionning.
In addition, we installed the air-conditioning system in the Agnès Varda Cinema Room, a 600 m2 and 7.5 m high hall customized to the Festival's image. Our staff also installed sound, lighting and electrical distribution systems in the hall.
- Lighting for events around the Palais des Festivals :
Our staff also worked on the lighting and sound reinforcement of numerous restaurants on the Croisette, including the beach restaurants La Môme and Le Vegaluna.
